Girls,  i have been wanting to get an eyebrow mascara since like ages but never actually got a chance to try them out.  I was okay with using eyebrow pencils for the perfect look but there was the makeup junkie inside me that always urged me to at least try out an eyebrow gel mascara.

Review - Christine Professional Paint Stick [CN-CONTOURING]

Ladies, how many of you actually do contouring and highlighting with your makeup? And how many of you actually do know how to do that? While we normally ignore the contouring and highlighting with our daily routine of makeup, this actually makes a lot of difference on your face. For proper contour and highlight, though, you need proper tools as well as proper products.

There are many contouring powders, creams and sticks available in market which serve good purpose. I have tried one of them recently and want to share my review with you. It's Christine Makeup stick in CN-Contouring. Christine provides a variety of shades and you can choose according to your current skin shade and level of depth required in the contouring. I used CN-Oriental shade from Christine previously for the contour but wanted some more depth so tried this one which is specifically made for the contouring purpose. The shade name CN-Contouring says it all.

Review–E.L.F. Tinted Moisturizer in Rosey Beige

Tinted moisturizers are something I always yearned for, but never got a chance to use one myself. Foundation & Moisturizer in one – its like a blessing for all those girls like me who are always running out of time when getting ready. Hehe! To My rescue, ELF cosmetics introduced their tinted moisturizers in Pakistan. Let me review one of them for you and tell you my comments about this wonderful product.

 

The Packaging:

The packaging is quite nice. It’s a card backed transparent pack in which the tinted moisturizer is set up. The tube has a pointed nozzle which allows you to take out only as much of the tinted mo as required. The tube is transparent (I think – mine is quite new so not very sure though) to show you the color inside. it’s a small tube which is very easy to carry in ur bag and even your wallet.

The Pricing:

The pricing, yet again is very impressive, it costs 170 PKR only. I purchased it online from their website. I am not sure if these products are available in the market or not however, I just learnt that Just4girls.pk also sell their products now. I have ordered from the ELF Cosmetics Pakistan website two times and I am really happy with all the products I ordered. However, the shipping usually takes about 2 weeks which is something they need to improve. I am now planning to order ELF products from Just4girls.pk to see how their shipping service is, because Just4girls.pk usually deliver order on time as per my experience.

The Results:

The results are very good. It gives your face a smooth and even finish which lasts for the whole day (7-8 hours). Just set  it up with a good face powder and you are good to go. It is SPF 15 so you can even use it instead of sun block on “not too sunny” days. It does not require a lot of amount to be applied and contains both the goodness of a moisturizer and the radiance of foundation. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone out there especially because of its good results and wonderful cost benefit ratio. Your skin looks fresh and even toned after you apply it. Though you can apply face powder after this tinted moisturizer application but even if you don’t, the skin looks good enough. I will definitely buy this product again.

Review–Loreal true match minerals face powder

I have been listening to all this buzz about mineral makeup everywhere so I badly wanted to try one myself … I chose to try Loreal True Match Minerals face powder which says “foundation like coverage”. It is SPF15 and comes in different shades from which you can choose the one closest to your skin.

The packaging:

The packaging of the Loreal True Match Minerals face powder is one of the impressive bits about it. I personally bought it due to the beautiful packaging of the face powder. It comes in a jar which has a screwable cap with a brush which is headed by a transparent cap.

The Pricing:

I got this face powder for PKR 1200 from D. Watson. However I have seen this face powder being sold at upto a price of Rs. 2400 as well.

The Results:

Well, the results of this product are pretty good, they say that it is a foundation like coverage which is true to some extent but if you have some dark spots or pimple marks on your face you definitely need a proper foundation before this one. Sometimes I feel it makes my face too cakey which shows up in laughter lines etc. The key to using this face powder is to keep it to a minimum, the more powder you apply to your face, the more cakey your face will become. I am somewhat satisfied from this product but I personally do not consider it a good value for money. The brush provided with the packaging is just okay and I would prefer using another powder brush if I can. The thing I basically dislike the most in this face powder is that I find the application very messy … i.e. I have to turn the box to release some of the powder on the holed surface and then unscrew the box to dip the brush into the powder and then I can apply. I  know it might not be a big deal for many of you out there but personally this is one thing about this product that puts me off.

The Good things:

• It adds a matte finish to your face
• it somewhat complies to the statement “foundation like coverage”
• It has a brush and powder in one so you don’t have to carry multiple things
• It gives your face an even skin tone

The Bad things:

• Messy way of application
• Brush provided in the packaging is not too good for application
• A bit much of the product makes your face too cakey
• I personally don’t think it’s a good value for money

Facial hair

beside dat use Vit A cream ( Peas size) with moistrizing lotion every night.
in day time make a mixture of
2tb: dry milk
2tb: besan
Pinch: haldi
rose water as required in it
apply this on ur face n let it dry
when it dries fully, spray bit rose water n remove by peeling slowly !
do this at regular basis, dis will slow down da growth

General Tips

Apply a mixture of equal amounts of lemon juice and honey on the face and whole body. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash off.
Apply a mixture of equal amounts of lemon and cucumber juice on the face and whole body. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash off. If your skin is dry, use honey and lemon juice.
First scrub your face with cucumber slices and then apply cucumber juice (with skin on cucumber) to your face, leave it there overnight and wash in the morning.
Apply a gram flour (besan) and turmeric or haldi paste on face and neck. After sometime when it dries, scrub it off gently. This would gradually reduce body hair over a period of time.
For 15 days, apply a paste of gram flour (besan), milk (2 teaspoon) and lime juice(3-4 drops) on face and neck for 15 minutes and wash with water. You complexion should improve. Repeat every 2 weeks.
Apply yogurt to the face.

Protein mask:
Make a paste of 1 tablespoon urad dal (black gram dal)and 4 almonds soaked in water overnight. Apply it your face and neck and wash it off after half an hour. It will nourish your skin and also bleach it.
Make a paste of 4 almonds soaked in milk overnight. Apply it your face and neck before going to bed. Wash with cold water in the morning. Repeat daily for 15 days. It will make your skin fair.
Fair look, oily skin:
Apply a mixture of equal amounts of lemon and cucumber juice on the face and whole body. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash off.
Apply cucumber pulp with yogurt on your face and neck for 20 minutes and then wash with cold water.
Make a paste by mixing papaya, honey, milk, and milk powder. Apply on face and leave for a few minutes and wash, your face will look fairer.
Apply egg white to your face.
Make a paste of honey, milk, yogurt, and ground sesame seeds in equal proportions and apply on face and whole body.
Mix 4 parts milk, 1 part honey, and 2 part lemon juice and apply the mixture on the tanned areas for 15 minutes. Wash with cold water when dry. This acts as a bleach.
Fair look, dry skin:
Apply a mixture of equal amounts of cucumber juice and honey on the face and whole body. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash off.
Dark hands: To remove a tan from the hands, apply a paste of sunflower oil, lemon juice and sugar for 15-20 minutes and then wash with cold water.
Dark feet: Soak feet in water containing some lemon juice for 10-15 minutes.
Dark ankles & elbow: Soak in water containing some lemon juice for 10-15 minutes.
Dark neck: Apply a mixture of lemon and cucumber juice (equal amount) with 1/8 teaspoon of turmeric powder. Leave for 20 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.
Dark lips: Many men and women complain that their lips used to be pink but they have become dark or black.

For Darker Lips

To get natural pink lips apply beetroot juice before bed.
Massage your lips with lemon juice, to avoid the black colour of lips.
Apply mint juice or coriander leaf juice everyday to get rosy and smooth lips.
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Grind rose petals and apply on lips to get smooth pink lips.
Exfoliate your lips once a week. Wet a soft toothbrush and gently brush your lips with a circular motion.
Black lips have been caused by drinking too much tea, coffee or by smoking, so you try avoid this.
Apply a mixture of lemon and glycerine to your lips every night, before turning in. Leave it on overnight and wash it off in the morning. This should help lighten your lips.
Grate raw coconut and squeeze milk out of it.apply this milk on your lips.
Eat plenty of raw cucumber and carrot.it smoothen your lips and glowing your skin.

Lemon is one of the most well known and effective ways of bleaching your skin. You can use the juice of a freshly squeezed lemon and apply this on your lips. The best thing about lemon juice is that it can be kept on overnight. Almond oil is another such product. It works very well overnight and helps lighten the dark colored skin on your lips. You can mix a few drops of lemon juice to the almond oil and then apply on your lips. Glycerin can also be applied on dark lips, in order to lighten dark lip color. You can mix a few drops of honey to the glycerin and then apply on the lips.

Scars on face

sandalwood powder + rose water+ few drops of lemon are good for scars made by pimple. it wud lighten them over time.

Honey

Honey Cleansing Scrub
Mix 1 tablespoon of honey with 2 tablespoons finely ground almonds and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice. Rub gently onto face. Rinse off with warm water.
Firming Face Mask
Whisk together 1 tablespoon honey, 1 egg white, 1 teaspoon glycerin (available at drug and beauty stores) and enough flour to form a paste (approximately 1/4 cup). Smooth over face and throat. Leave on 10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
Smoothing Skin Lotion
Mix 1 teaspoon honey with 1 teaspoon vegetable oil and 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice. Rub into hands, elbows, heels and anywhere that feels dry. Leave on 10 minutes. Rinse off with water.
Skin Softening Bath
Add 1/4 cup honey to bath water for a fragrant, silky bath.
Hair Shine
Stir 1 teaspoon honey into 4 cups (1 quart) warm water. Blondes may wish to add a squeeze of lemon. After shampooing, pour mixture through hair. Do not rinse out. Dry as normal

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup hot water
2 drops lavender essential oil (optional)
1. Dissolve the honey in the hot water, then add essential oil and stir to mix.
2. Pour mixture into bathwater and soak for 10 to 15 minutes

Make a moisturizing mask with 1 tsp of honey, 1 egg yolk, ½ tsp almond oil and 1 tsp yoghurt. Apply on your face, neck and other parts of your body. Leave for 15 minutes and rinse off with water. You skin will feel moisturized and polished with tightened pores.
- For the silky-smooth skin, mix ¼ cup of honey and 3 tsp of rosewater. Apply to face, neck avoiding sensitive areas around the eye. Massage well and rinse with lukewarm water and enjoy the sensation of an all different skin.
- Open the pores on your face by place a cloth dipped in warm water. Smear honey on your face for 20-30 minutes. Rinse first with warm water and then cold water to close the pores.
- Indulge your skin with the paste of 1 tsp of honey, 1 egg white, 1 tsp glycerin and flour. Smooth it over your face, throat, leaving it on for 10 minutes and then washing it off with warm water. Your skin will feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
- 4 tbsp of whole milk powder and 2 tbsp of honey make an excellent baby bath.

Facial Hair

For regularly keep honey and little bit of lemon mixed paste apply on ur face .......
And leave on 20 min.......
Honey = turns ur hair into colourless 
And lemon= it bleach our skin deeply

Face Pack

Use this pack once a week : 
Make a paste of masoor dal+curd+ a few drops of juice of neem leaves and apply as a mask. When dry, remove with finger tips and wash off with water. 
It is very effective in dealing with pimples and gives the skin a glow
